Registration Information:

Registration information:

Registration Time: 10:00am; Games start at 11:00am

Cost per Single Player: $ 25.00 (includes T-shirt)

Cost per Team of 10: $250.00 (includes T-shirt)

3 Innings per game, up to 16 Teams, Double Elimination Tournament

*Each team must have a minimum of 10 Players with 3 women per team.

Youth under 12 are fielded in addition to the team’s ten and youth under 12 kick every inning.


Each Event Features Music, Food, Prizes, and a Live Auction!

The Goals of this Event are:

• Have fun & meet new people from surrounding communities.

• Create awareness for non-profit organizations that help educate youth.

• Raise scholarship funds to provide empowerment programs for at-risk and underserved youth.

• Create an annual community based event to help kids.

• Gain local and national event sponsors for years to come.

 

Wilderness Opportunities will split 50 % of all registration proceeds raised on the day of the event, with the participating non-profit agency in the community, based on the following:

Participating Non Profit provides:

Volunteers for the following (please see attached memo on detailed duties):
Sponsor solicitation within their community (please see attached brochure for donation details)
Distribution of posters and pre event media in your community
DJ & Sound system
Umpires for tournament,
Tournament registration,
Event Logistics
Tournament Score Keeper
Event Set up and Break down
Restaurant to donate dinner coupon for all participants of winning team-12 person max

Wilderness Opportunities will provide:

50% of registration profits from the day of the event will go to the participating NOP.
